Employing the same, proven technology used by broadcast meteorologists across the country, XM WX Satellite Weather can now deliver comprehensive weather data to the cockpit in a clear, intuitive format. XM's powerful S-Band, dual redundancy satellites provide complete coverage of the continental United States and coastal waters at all altitudes, in any weather. The receiver and antenna are FAA approved and ready for delivery.

This unit is used with equipment requiring RS 232 interface. It can be purchased with or without the WxWorx application software. Some applications interface the XMD076 to hardware with embedded software and therefore does not require Windows based application software.
