Order Info

Please read all of the sections listed below before placing an order. These sections will provide you with important information concerning placing an order with us, and will answer most questions you might have. If you need further assistance with your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

·         Orders are generally shipped within 24 Hours of receipt at AeroCad, Inc., Monday through Friday. All Air Shipments must be received before 2 pm in order to be processed in time. Special Orders are processed in the order that they are received: Special Orders Include Items that have special cutting and packing instructions (Foam, Sheet, Tubing, Plywood), mixing of paints and Hazards that have to be packed special, and also orders that have been added to that have to be packed again.  All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Some orders may be processed within 24-48 hours. Spruce orders! Spruce orders may have a 1 month minimum lead time!

  
·         Please double check Daytime phone number on all orders in case of problems, concerns or situations may arise!

·         Cost of your order and shipping billed to your credit card in U.S. dollars at time of shipping. You pay the shipping agent the costs for customs duty and taxes applicable in your country directly, when the order has cleared customs and is ready for collection or delivery to you.

·         Customers in the USA pay no customs duty on their orders.

·         Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at current prices at the time of shipping.

·         All orders are shipped when 75% of the order value is available for shipment, unless you specify that you do not want partial shipments of your order.

·         All shipping is charged to your credit card and will be invoiced at the freight companies published rates/price. 

Orders recieved after 2 pm Central Standard Time MAY be shipped on the next Business Day!
This does not include special orders.  Special Orders are: Foam, Sheet, Tubing, Plywood, Spruce, Paints. All special orders are processed in the order that they are received.  Special orders may be processed within 24-48 hours.  Spruce may have a minium of 1 month lead time.  Please double check that we have a correct daytime phone number in case of any problems that may arise.

·         Orders shipped via UPS unless otherwise instructed by you.

·         Crating fees, if applicable, will be added prior to shipment of your order. Crating fees are determined by the materials needed to properly crate your order for shipping.

o    Outside the U.S.A. and Canada, Fed-Ex Economy service is recommended. 

o    For shipments sent via FEDEX Express, delivery to Europe is approximately 3 working days. Economy is approximately 3-5 days.
