Our top of the line in ANR performance, robustness and comfort made for todayGs military. The PA-1779M takes full advantage of closer tolerance military components providing an additional 18-22dB of active noise cancellation at 100 Hz. The headset is the only self-contained ANR in the industry with a rechargeable NiMH battery and wall charger. It is also the only headset to be worn in both USA (International Space Station- panel mounted version) and Russian (MIR-rechargeable battery version) space programs. No other ANR manufacturer can say that! For added comfort, the headset is fitted with a sheepskin fleece head pad and our proprietary twin-layer silicone gel ear seals (30% less weight than normal gel ear seals.) Unit comes standard with 19 ohm speakers and M-87 dynamic microphone.

This unit can be fitted with cell/satellite phone adapter with full Gtrue stereoG audio in jack allowing personnel to make cell/satellite calls or listen to their personal CD, MP3 or IPOD. For the long flights, listening to music can really make it more relaxed and comfortable during the flight.
The headset is designed for Ground Maintenance and Flight Crew use on most Military Airframes and has been used and tested on C-130, C130J, C-141, KC-135 and C-5B aircraft.
